Explainer videos illustrating how Google products—from Photos to Search—help make life a little easier

Challenge

We often received a call whenever Google launched new features and products. The brief was consistently, “Can you help explain the magic behind the product for our users?”

Solution

No solution was ever quite the same—sometimes we produced content that felt user-generated, other times it was completely illustrated—but there was always a consistent tone to the work. The stories needed to be simple, user-centric, and friendly.

Bringing a touch of humanity into product storytelling was our specialty, and it not only resonated with Google leadership, but more importantly, their users.
