A series of testimonials that feature employees sharing their passion for Coursera’s mission, vision, and culture

Challenge

Coursera had plans to grow its team and believed its newly defined vision and mission was the secret to attracting top talent. They turned to us to capture how their purpose and beliefs play into the company’s culture.

Solution

After a thorough interview process, we decided to invite employees to share their experience of working at Coursera directly with prospective talent, unscripted. We then assembled these stories around key themes to create a series of testimonials as well as a larger anthem.

The work was featured as part of Coursera’s IPO as well as in communications with prospective talent and their careers page.
